Our delivery charge for Scandinavian Inspired Homeware & Gifts is just £4.95, for mainland UK addresses or you can collect for free!

Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc and International deliveries vary dependant on the size/weight/destination of the item/s - please e-mail your wish list to us: info@blomsterdesigns.co.uk for a quote.

 

Delivery Information for Scandinavian Inspired Homeware & Gifts

Orders for items that are in stock, will normally be despatched within 2 working days.

If you need it on a Next Working Day delivery, please ask, but need to be placed by midday, Monday to Friday.

Orders for items that are shown as Pre-Order normally take 2-3 weeks to arrive with us, but may take longer, please ask if unsure.

All deliveries are made on a working day. Saturday deliveries are available, but do cost more, please contact us to enquire: info@blomsterdesigns.co.uk 

You can add a delivery date, card message and any additional information i.e. leave with neighbour, leave in porch/garage etc in the boxes provided at the checkout stage.

Delivery is to all Mainland UK postcodes, unfortunately delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland etc can cost more, please contact us: info@blomsterdesigns.co.uk

International delivery is available, please e-mail us to find out the cost. We regularly send items to Europe and the rest of the world - please send us an e-mail telling us which item/s you are interested in, along with the address you want it sending to and we can provide you with a quote.

 

General Delivery Information

Delivery charges: As above, but please note that multiple delivery addresses may result in multiple delivery charges.

Due to the nature/design of some of our products, unfortunately not all of them are available for National and/or International delivery – please check the product description to avoid disappointment.

You can add a delivery date, card message and any additional information i.e. leave with neighbour, leave in porch/garage etc in the boxes provided at the checkout stage.

Goods will normally be delivered by Courier or Royal Mail. Our products are normally dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day or possibly a couple of days if being delivered by Royal Mail.

N.B. This delivery information does not apply to prop hire - all Prop Hire is collected from us and returned to us.If you have any queries, please contact us to discuss.

The delivery address postcode will determine the delivery charge.

International delivery is available

We regularly send items to Europe and the rest of the world - please send us an e-mail telling us which item/s you are interested in, along with the address you want it sending to and we will come back to you with a price.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery is to all UK postcodes, unfortunately delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland costs more, so please contact us: info@blomsterdesigns.co.uk

All items may be ordered in advance (subject to availability).

In the event of seasonal supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage of equal quality and value.

Fresh flower cancellations and changes are possible up to 48 hours prior to delivery.

Flowers are packed fresh and delivered in bud. For maximum flower life, put them in water as soon as they arrive, see our Care Instructions provided with the flowers and on our website.

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery date of your Products.

Whilst every effort has been made to pack your flowers so that they arrive in the best possible condition, if you are dissatisfied, please take a photograph of them and email it to info@blomsterdesigns.co.uk within 24 hrs of delivery.

If we send you a Product that you have not ordered please contact us on 01372 750970. Your statutory rights are not affected. Blomster Designs cannot process flower returns.

 

Cancellation by us: 
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if

- we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered; or
- the price or description of the products was listed incorrectly due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
- If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and refund any sum paid by you to your credit or debit card. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for loss or disappointment suffered by you.
