I got a bit excited when ordering some muurla products from them and purchased 2 trays that were the same on the Friday, I looked again at the options a couple days after and decided I should have got two different trays! So on Monday I emailed again asking if I could swap one for another! Not expecting it to happen but Claire kindly messaged me back saying they were packing my order and would happily swap the trays for me and they also refunded the difference!
