Our standard delivery charge is £4.95, for mainland UK addresses and orders will normally be dispatched within 4-5 working days using DPD or Royal Mail.
If you need it sooner, for £9.95, we offer a next working day delivery service. Orders for this service must be placed before 13.00 on a working day. Orders placed after this time or at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, but do not include recognised UK public holidays ie Bank Holidays & Christmas Day etc.
Items can be collected for free, from our Studio. This can be selected in the checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery costs and timings to the Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland etc vary dependant on the size/weight/destination of the item/s - please e-mail your wish list to us: email@example.com for a quote.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will/may be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to an error on your part. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.
Orders for items that are shown as Pre-Order normally take around 2-3 weeks to arrive with us, but may take longer, please ask if unsure.
You can add a delivery date request, a request for complimentary gift wrapping, a card message and any additional information i.e. leave with neighbour, leave in porch/garage etc in the boxes provided at the checkout stage.
International Delivery Information

All orders being sent outside of the UK are subject to duty and customs charges; the customer must pay these. Blomster Designs have no control over the amount of duty and customs charges.
It is your responsibility, as the importer, to ensure the correct rates are paid upon import and we’d advise you to check the values with your local customs office.
If an order is undelivered because the wrong details have been provided or refused, we reserve the right to refund only the items ordered, but not the shipping charges.
