Our standard delivery charge is £4.95, for mainland UK addresses and will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
If you need it sooner, for £8.95, we offer a next working day delivery service. Orders for this service must be placed before 13.00 on a working day. Orders placed after this time or at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Items can be collected for free, from our Studio. This can be selected in the checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc and International deliveries vary dependant on the size/weight/destination of the item/s - please e-mail your wish list to us: email@example.com for a quote.
Orders for items that are shown as Pre-Order normally take around 3-4 weeks to arrive with us, but may take longer, please ask if unsure.
All deliveries are made on a working day. Saturday deliveries are available, but do cost more, please contact us to enquire: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can add a delivery date, request for complimentary gift wrapping, card message and any additional information i.e. leave with neighbour, leave in porch/garage etc in the boxes provided at the checkout stage.
Delivery is to all Mainland UK postcodes, unfortunately delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland etc can cost more, please contact us: email@example.com
International delivery is available, please e-mail us to find out the cost. We regularly send items to Europe and the rest of the world - please send us an e-mail telling us which item/s you are interested in, along with the address you want it sending to and we can provide you with a quote.
All orders being sent within the UK are not subject to any duty and customs charges.
All orders being sent outside of the UK are subject to duty and customs charges; the customer must pay these. Blomster Designs have no control over the amount of duty and customs charges.
It is your responsibility, as the importer, to ensure the correct rates are paid upon import and we’d advise you to check the values with your local customs office.
If an order is undelivered because the wrong details have been provided or refused, we reserve the right to refund only the items ordered, but not the shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
