The Shepherdess and the Chimney Sweeper is a well-known fairy tale from H.C. Andersen.

The story is about the love between the two characters, and how the evil Tree Devil and Old Chinese will force the Shepherdess to marry the Tree Devil. It fails, and the story ends happily with the Shepherdess and the Chimney Sweeper ending up together.
